Job Overview

Join Bazaarvoice’s Business Technology Operations team as an Integration Engineer – Workato, where you’ll develop and maintain integration workflows across multiple systems using Workato and other technologies. You'll help support scalable automation solutions while working in a collaborative global tech team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain integration processes across cloud and on-prem applications.
• Manage and support existing integrations using Workato and Dell Boomi.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and tech leads to meet business goals.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure high reliability.
• Document and monitor workflows, data flows, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years integration development experience
• Proficiency in Workato (must-have)
• Knowledge of Dell Boomi, REST APIs, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTP
• Familiarity with Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
• Strong experience with SQL/JDBC and relational databases
